Return Policy
At Bold Within, we stand behind every premium brand of cigars and accessories that we offer. We strive to provide the best customer service and we will work to achieve it. If for any reason you need to return your order for a refund within 30 days of delivery, our guidelines are below.
For premium cigars:
- Cigar Boxes or Cigar Bundles of 20 Cigars or more: If only 1 cigar have been smoked, full refund is provided (excluding initial shipping costs if any). If more than 1 cigar have been smoked, pro-rata refund is provided (excluding initial shipping costs if any).
- Cigar Boxes, Cigar Packs or Cigar Bundles of less than 20 Cigars: Returns must be in new, unopened condition to receive full refund (excluding initial shipping costs if any). This includes having cigars in their original packaging and cellophane wrappers (if any). Any promotional items included (if any) must be returned in their original box along with cigars.
- Customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Returned Cigars must be returned in sellable condition; no cut or partially smoked cigars as this may affect your refund.
- Send us an email at ask@boldwithin.com requesting a return; we'll handle it from there.
For everything else:
- You may return new, unused items with all original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (unless otherwise noted).
- Initial shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return item, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days, at which time you will receive an email confirmation. You should see a credit back to your payment method within 3-5 business days.
